Accessibility Statement

PrevailWage's accessibility commitments and how to report a problem.

Effective date: July 15, 2026PrevailWage

PrevailWage aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Rate data is the heart of this site, and rate tables are built as real HTML tables with header scopes so screen readers can navigate them.

What we implement

  • Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 against its background.
  • Status is never conveyed by color alone; changed-rate indicators pair a stripe with a glyph and text.
  • Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator, including the county and trade pickers and the form generator.
  • Labeled form fields with inline, text-based error messages.
  • A skip-to-content link on every page.

Limitations

Generated PDF forms follow the federal WH-347 layout, whose structure we do not control. Third-party surfaces (the Stripe checkout and billing portal) are operated by Stripe.
